Hotel was fairly clean, nice and pleasant staff.
The hotel was wonderful, with extremely spacious rooms. The location was great and beautiful, walking distance to eateries and a zoo. It also was walking distance to lush forests and a river.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building so close to a quiet alley off a main road where there was good shopping and food, the centre of Chiiang Mai and a lovely garden setting about 10 minutes ride from the main center and the bustling "night bazaar" area. Excellent location, unique room with pleasant view of the beautiful property grounds. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a storage space and a balcony. Welcoming, consistently courteous staff with smiling face.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during Christmas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, nestled in a trendy area with plenty of bars, coffee shops, and shopping options. We loved that the hotel was away from the busy central area, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The highlight for us was the beautiful courtyard with a serene pool surrounded by lush foliage. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
The only downside was that the pool was too cold to swim in, especially for our 4-year-old who was looking forward to it. We understand that it was winter, but coming from Canada, we still found the pool to be chilly.

Location close to a uber cool suburb with lots of restaurants n drinking bars and very nice cafes of Chiang Mai. Tasty breakfast and immaculate room with a great decor.

The resort had a great pool area, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was also ideal, close to all the major shopping areas and with private parking available.
The restroom decoration was a bit problematic, as there were small stones in the showering area that my child kept picking up. Additionally, the lack of a lift made it difficult to bring our luggage up to our room.
